Before you can enter an add-on license code to the Retrospect software, you must first enter the primary Application License code such as the Professional or Single Server license. Once you have entered the application license code, you will be prompted to enter your add-on licenses.
You can also go to the License Manager screen inside Retrospect and enter any newly purchased add-on license codes.
