    NOTE: This issue was resolved in Retrospect Backup 18.1.

    Retrospect 17.5 supports Alibaba Cloud. However, Retrospect does not support Storage Groups on Alibaba Cloud or AquaRay. The two cloud providers have differences in their S3 API compared to Amazon S3 and others that prevents the verification of a Storage Group’s existence. We are working on resolving this issue.
