# Permissions errors -1017 and -1020 when duplicating Windows volumes

Resources

1. Go to Automate > **Manage Scripts**. Click on the "Duplicate Script" being used when the error is reported and click **Edit**.
2. Go to Options > **More Choices** > **Windows** > **System** and check Ignore Encrypted File verification errors.
3. Go to Windows > Options **> Security >** More choices window and check Ignore File verification errors in security stream.

**Note:** Some users may also wish to uncheck the option Duplicate File Security Information from Servers

1. Click **OK** and save the script changes.
