# Installation Guide for Retrospect Client for Linux

Resources

Note: installation of the client installer requires Administrative permissions.

1. Open a Terminal window and navigate to the directory containing the client installation package.
2. Extract the installation package: tar -xf Linux_Client_x86_11_0_0_107.tar
3. Run the installer: ./install.sh
4. When prompted, enter a password for the client.
5. The installation is now complete, and the client is ready for access.
